All intellectual property rights relating to the content, training materials and resources provided by Clarity Financial Training Ltd remain the property of Clarity Financial Training Ltd and are protected under UK copyright law, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

All Clarity FT course materials, courseware, presentations, recordings, study resources, online content and mock questions are created or provided for the personal use of the student for whom they were purchased or supplied.

Clarity FT creates and provides its own mock questions and assessment materials. Access to these materials is for the individual student only and must not be shared with or used by another person or organisation, including another training provider.

Without our prior written permission, no Clarity FT material may be copied, reproduced, recorded, photographed, screenshotted, downloaded where this is not expressly permitted, distributed, published, shared, resold, adapted or used to create other training, educational or assessment materials, whether in whole or in part.

Access to online materials, including mock assessments, is provided solely to the original purchaser and must not be shared or transferred to another person.

Unauthorised use, copying, reproduction or distribution of Clarity FT materials may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in access being suspended or terminated and, where appropriate, further action being taken.
