All intellectual property rights relating to the content, training materials and resources provided by Clarity Financial Training Ltd remain the property of Clarity Financial Training Ltd and are protected under UK copyright law, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

All Clarity FT course materials, courseware, presentations, recordings, study resources, online content, mock questions and assessment materials are created or provided for the personal use of the student for whom they were purchased or supplied.

Clarity FT creates and provides its own mock questions and assessment materials. Access to these materials is for the individual student only and must not be shared with or used by any other person or organisation, including another training provider.

Without our prior written permission, no Clarity FT material may be copied, reproduced, recorded, photographed, screenshotted, downloaded where this is not expressly permitted, distributed, published, shared, resold or adapted, whether in whole or in part.

Clarity FT materials must not be uploaded to or submitted to artificial intelligence (AI) systems, used to train AI systems, scraped or extracted using automated tools, or used to create, develop or reproduce other training, educational, assessment or competing materials without our prior written permission.

Access to online materials, including mock assessments, is provided solely to the original purchaser and must not be shared, transferred or made available to another person.

Unauthorised use, copying, reproduction, distribution or other misuse of Clarity FT materials may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights. Where appropriate, access may be suspended or terminated and further action may be taken to protect our rights.
