Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using the Mock Quiz Expert platform operated by Clarity Financial Training Ltd.

By purchasing a mock assessment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

“Clarity Financial Training Ltd”, “Clarity FT”, “we”, “our” or “us” means Clarity Financial Training Ltd.

“You”, “your”, “student”, “customer” or “user” means the individual purchasing or using the Mock Quiz Expert platform.

“Mock Quiz Expert” means the online assessment platform owned and operated by Clarity Financial Training Ltd.

“Services” means the digital mock assessments, case studies, question banks, explanations and other online learning resources supplied by Clarity Financial Training Ltd.

2. About Clarity Financial Training Ltd

Clarity Financial Training Ltd provides professional financial services training and examination preparation resources.

Our Mock Quiz Expert platform has been developed to help students prepare for professional examinations by testing knowledge and identifying areas requiring further study.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the quality and accuracy of our content, successful completion of our mock assessments does not guarantee success in any official examination.

3. Website and Service Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that the information published on our website and within the Mock Quiz Expert platform is accurate and up to date.

From time to time, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct, update or amend any information, assessment content or website material without prior notice.

Any learning tools or calculators available on our website are provided for educational purposes only and must not be relied upon when making financial, legal or taxation decisions.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. Clarity Financial Training Ltd accepts no responsibility for the content, availability or accuracy of external websites.

4. Mock Quiz Expert Service

Descriptions of all mock assessments are available on our website.

We reserve the right to improve, amend or update our assessments, explanations and question banks where necessary, including following changes to the LIBF syllabus or to improve the quality of the service.

Such updates will not materially reduce the service purchased.

We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Mock Quiz Expert platform is available at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security or technical reasons.

5. Student Responsibilities

When using the Mock Quiz Expert platform, you agree that you will:

  • use the service solely for your own personal study;
  • keep your login details secure;
  • not share your account or permit another person to use it;
  • ensure your internet connection and equipment are suitable before starting an assessment;
  • complete each assessment in a single session;
  • you agree to use the Mock Quiz Expert platform solely for genuine personal study. You must not engage in any activity that is intended, or reasonably appears intended, to copy, extract, harvest, monitor or otherwise obtain assessment content other than through normal personal study.
  • review your answers before progressing, as completed assessments cannot be revisited.

You are responsible for ensuring that your computer, browser, internet connection and any associated software are suitable for accessing the Mock Quiz Expert platform.

Clarity Financial Training Ltd cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from your own equipment, software or internet connection.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods displayed on our website.

Access to the Mock Quiz Expert platform will only be granted once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to amend our prices or withdraw promotional offers at any time before payment has been completed.

By purchasing any mock assessment, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Mock Quiz Expert assessments are supplied as digital content.

Access is granted immediately following successful payment.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content.

Once access has been provided, your purchase cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given, except where required by applicable consumer law.

By requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ends once the digital content has been supplied.

If we are unable to provide the purchased service due to a fault solely attributable to Clarity Financial Training Ltd, we will restore access or provide an appropriate remedy at our discretion.

8. Access and Attempts

Each mock assessment provides unlimited attempts for a period of 7 consecutive days from the date and time of purchase.

During this period, you may complete the purchased assessment as many times as you wish.

Once the 7-day access period has expired, access will automatically end.

Any further access requires the purchase of a new mock assessment.

Failure to use the service during the access period does not entitle you to an extension, credit or refund.

If you leave an assessment before it is completed and subsequently attempt to restart the same unit, the system may automatically progress you to the next unit and your previous attempt may be lost.

9. Question Randomisation

The Mock Quiz Expert platform contains an extensive bank of multiple-choice questions designed to provide varied assessment experiences.

Questions are selected using an automated randomisation process. As a result, repeated attempts may include some of the same questions. This is a normal feature of the platform and does not constitute a fault or defect.

9.1 Case Study Assessments

Case study mock assessments are not randomised.

Where the same case study assessment is attempted or purchased more than once, the same questions will be presented.

10. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

All content available through the Mock Quiz Expert platform, including but not limited to questions, answers, explanations, case studies, online tools, graphics, layouts, logos, branding and software, is the intellectual property of Clarity Financial Training Ltd and is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and other applicable intellectual property laws. For the avoidance of doubt, the use of Clarity Financial Training Ltd content to train, test or improve any artificial intelligence model or dataset is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the purchased mock assessment solely for your own personal study.

You must not:

  • copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the assessment content;
  • share your account or login details with another person;
  • permit another person to access or complete assessments using your account;
  • sell, licence, rent or otherwise make any part of the platform available to another individual or organisation;
  • publish assessment content on websites, forums or social media;
  • use screenshots, photographs, screen recordings or similar methods to copy or distribute assessment content;
  • upload our questions, answers or explanations to any artificial intelligence platform or automated system;
  • use automated software, bots, browser extensions or screen-scraping tools to extract or reproduce our content;
  • use our content to create competing products, question banks or training materials.

To protect our intellectual property and maintain the integrity of the Mock Quiz Expert platform, Clarity Financial Training Ltd may monitor account activity, usage patterns and technical information associated with use of the platform. Where we reasonably suspect misuse, unauthorised copying, automated access or any breach of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to investigate the activity and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access.

Termination or suspension under this clause does not affect any other legal rights or remedies available to Clarity Financial Training Ltd.

11. Suspension or Termination of Access

Clarity Financial Training Ltd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Mock Quiz Expert platform without notice or refund where we reasonably believe that a user has:

  • breached these Terms and Conditions;
  • shared their account with another person;
  • infringed our intellectual property rights;
  • attempted to gain unauthorised access to the platform;
  • misused the service;
  • engaged in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the platform; or
  • engaged in activity that appears abnormal, excessive or inconsistent with genuine personal study, or which reasonably suggests unauthorised copying, automated access or misuse of the platform.

Termination or suspension under this clause does not affect any other legal rights or remedies available to Clarity Financial Training Ltd.

12. Limitation of Liability

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy and availability of the Mock Quiz Expert platform, Clarity Financial Training Ltd makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free from errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity Financial Training Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Mock Quiz Expert platform.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

13. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information and is available on our website.

14. Complaints

We aim to provide high-quality products and customer service at all times.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Mock Quiz Expert platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
