Please read the following Terms and Conditions in order to avoid any misunderstanding. Applicants must read the T&C’s before they purchase our mock quizzes. Clarity Financial Training Ltd will take no responsibility for failing to do so.
1.Definitions
Where it says ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’ ‘Clarity’ or ‘Clarity FT’, it will mean the organisation Clarity Financial Training Ltd.
‘You’, ‘yours’, “client,” “applicant” ” candidate” or ‘student’ will mean the person who has purchased our mock quizzes.
2. Clarity Financial Training Ltd
is totally committed to helping its students to achieve success in their chosen qualification within the shortest practical time. We pride ourselves on our levels of experience, knowledge, course material and expertise.
3. Website content
At Clarity FT, we have exercised considerable care in the design, production and presentation of this Web site (hereinafter referred to as “the Web site”) and in the inclusion and provision of the information. It must be noted in particular, the Web site may contain occasional errors or inaccuracies. Clarity FT endeavours, however, to ensure that such deficiencies are minimised.
3.1 No Liability
Without prejudice, no liability shall attach to Clarity Financial Training Ltd for any information or material placed on or linked to the Web site by any party without prior written authorisation from Clarity Financial Training Ltd.
3.2 External sources of information and websites
At Clarity FT we occasionally provide information from other sources or websites, Clarity FT can make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of such information, and hereby excludes and disclaims all terms, conditions and warranties, whether express or implied, whether statutory or otherwise, whether collateral or otherwise, as to the accuracy or completeness of such information.
4. Warranty
At Clarity FT we have the necessary resources and staff with the appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide these assessment tools. Notwithstanding, all training services are provided “as-is,” without a guarantee or warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
5. Mock Assessment Services
The content of all Clarity FT mock quizzes are outlined in the descriptions available on our web site. However, we reserve the right to adjust the content at our discretion and without notice. This would not impact existing purchases.
5.1 Limitation of Liability
Clarity Financial Training Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages which may arise from its performance under this agreement. Your success lies in our success and we will try our best to prepare you for the exams and we expect you to do your best to achieve the results. At Clarity FT we endeavour to help all applicants to pass their qualifications, however we cannot guarantee your success under exam conditions even if you have passed all our assessments despite our best efforts.
5.2 Student Responsibility
You are responsible to ensure that:
- You will not copy, in whole or in part, any copyrighted material or Clarity FT course literature acquired on this website.
- When commencing a mock quiz you will take full precautions that all equipment is tested and works effectively before the session commences.
- You complete the mock quiz in one session, any attempt to “go back” and re start the quiz will result in moving to the next unit without any attempt of the quiz. This means your attempt of the unit quiz is lost.
- At the end of the unit and each individual case study quiz you must make time to read the answers. Once you proceed to the next quiz the answers will be lost.
- The prices displayed on our web site are our mock quiz fees and do not include LIBF registration.
6. Payment Terms
We accept payment by PayPal only and in advance. It is non-refundable once you have completed your purchase as access is immediate.

We reserve the right to withdraw special offers at any time unless we have confirmed your order.

By purchasing our mock quiz by PayPal you fully accept our Terms and Conditions.
7. Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that there is no cancellation or refund once purchased. Access is granted immediately and you are able to access the quiz on completion of payment.
8. E-Mail and Telephone quiz answer support
There is no email or telephone support available with this service. Our contact us facility is for purchase or technical queries only. We do not provide answer support either by phone or email.
9. Attempts available
The price paid is for 7 days unlimited attempts of the mock purchased. Students must re purchase the mock and make a new payment if additional attempts are required after the 7 days.
10. Randomisation of questions
Clarity FT have over 2,500 multiple choice questions available on the “Mock Quiz Expert” site. Please be aware that the randomisation of the questions is computer generated and we have no control. If you complete multiple attempts on the same mock there is a chance that some of the questions may be the same, please be aware of this on purchase.
10.1 Randomisation of questions – Case study Mock Questions
Clarity FT have created a variety of case study mock quizzes. Please be aware on purchase that the questions are not randomised and if you make multiple purchases of the same case study mocks the questions will be the same.
11. Our Pricing policy
Clarity FT unconditionally reserves the right to alter its prices at any time before receiving payment for the services it provides, unless written confirmation of an agreed fee can be produced. In any event, such price alterations will always appear on the Web site and on the company’s literature in the first instance. Prices are in UK pounds (£) and are fully inclusive of all our costs.
12. Clarity FT materials and content
Clarity Financial Training Ltd have checked and verified that the information upon which all our materials, whether online or in hardcopy is accurate. However, on certain occasions certain inaccuracies may occur. Clarity Financial Training Ltd cannot accept any legal responsibility whatsoever for consequences that may arise from any errors or omissions within the materials. We endeavour, however, to ensure that such deficiencies are minimised and are duly corrected. We will also endeavour to update the mock questions in line with LIBF updates. On rare occasions there may be a delay depending on the extent of the updates.
13. Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights owned by Clarity Financial Training Ltd relating to the content on this Web site are protected and remain the sole property of Clarity Financial Training Ltd.
13.1 Intellectual Property Rights of our mocks
All courseware provided is the copyright of Clarity Financial Training Ltd. All rights reserved. Clarity FT create and provide all of our own study materials, assessments and mocks. All materials online are for the intended student undertaking the quiz. On purchase of the mock quiz, students agree that no part of the materials may be reproduced, sold on, copied or used by any other person other than the original candidate who purchased the mock. This will also apply to any other training provider. Any purchase, use, redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited. The Clarity FT materials are protected under UK Copyright Law in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
14. Decline of our Services
Clarity Financial Training Ltd reserves the right to decline an application for its services, regardless of the method of making such an application, without giving a reason.
15. Privacy policy
Clarity Financial Training Ltd will respect your privacy. For further information on how we deal with any information provided by visitors to our Web site, please read our Privacy Policy.
16. Complaints
Clarity FT aims to provide high quality services at all times. We strive to achieve this. If you feel we have not delivered a service to the standard anticipated, please let us know. In order to ensure our services remain at a high and improving standard, we have a procedure through which you can let us know of for any reason you are not satisfied with your dealings with us. If you are not happy with Clarity FT please tell us, we will provide a response as soon as possible.

17. Amendment to our Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. If we do so, the updated version will be effective as soon as it is uploaded on to the Web Site. The date of the last revision to these Terms is provided at the end of the Terms. We recommend that you visit this page each time you visit the Website to ensure that you are aware of and are complying with any changes that we have made to these Terms. If you continue to use the Web Site you will be deemed to have accepted those changes from the point at which these changes come into effect.
